Hey jsmorley, this is slightly unrelated but I was lazy to create a new thread just for it, do you have any idea if there are ways (other than MagickMeter, which has the ImageMagick dependency and which might have compatibility or update issues going forward) to either get the clipboard image or crop a part of it? I'm looking for a way to capture any area of the screen as either a static image or ideally as a GIF, without external dependencies like NirCMD or PowerShell. The idea is to facilitate capturing demo GIFs of other loaded skins (e.g. for posting on the forum), but from my ScreenRuler one (something like Snip and Pin to Screen by nek, but without the external dependencies and which captures to GIF):I have some PowerShell stuff approaching this in various ways, but I'd like to avoid too complex code, speed issues and external dependencies.Nicely done.
