The two skins are using completely different approaches, to get the CPU usage (I'm not talking now about the GPU, just about CPU usage). Xenium's Quantic suite is using UsageMonitor plugin measures to get this percentage, while the Circle skin is using old CPU measures for the same task. A while ago, these CPU measures were good, but since a Windows update (I'm not entirely sure which one, but let's say since the 22H2 update of both, Windows 10 and Windows 11), this measure is not returning anymore a good value. A similar thing has been discussed here on forum and SilverAzide gave an explanation of why is this happening.Here the Windows task manager with the true usage rates only the first skin is in agreement with the manager in terms of CPU usage, in terms of GPU usage all the skins I tested do not show the real percentage of its usage, curious that The Adrenalin software also does not show the GPU utilization rate, only the task manager does.
Anyone who knows these skins and can help me edit their code would be grateful.
Not sure about the GPU usage however.
