Formula=[MeasureNumber:] * 0.000911

The [ ] around it was the issue.

Just to avoid any misunderstanding: the code posted by jsmorley where he used Formula=[MeasureNumber:] * 0.000911 AND DynamicVariables=1 would produce exactly the same result as Formula=MeasureNumber * 0.000911 with or without DynamicVariables=1. In both cases, the number value of [MeasureNumber] is used.
